- Thinly slice bell pepper, zucchini and mushrooms
- Quarter limes for juicing purposes

Directions :
- Step 1 : To season the Shrimp
- Version 1 : for those curry lovers out there, this version is for you. Start by combining 1 tbsp of each Lawry’s Seasoning salt, Curry and Garam Masala in a bowl. These spices are very aromatic and can be manipulated to your taste preference.
- Version 2 : if curry isn’t your thing, that’s okay too. Start by combining 1 tbsp of each Cavendar’s all purpose seasoning, Shipwrecked seasoning and pink Himalayan salt in a bowl.
- Both Versions : Blend spices with a spoon. Then add the prepared shrimp to the same bowl. Be sure to toss the shrimp so all sides become evenly seasoned.
- Step 2 : To cook the shrimp, add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the cast iron skillet on medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, you can add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp 5 minutes each side (size of shrimp directly correlates to cook times). Once done, remove the shrimp.
- Step 3 : To cook the vegetables, add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the cast iron skillet on medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add all of the sliced vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Occasionally stir and sauté for 5 minutes. Once the vegetables are to a desired texture (whether crunchy or soft), add 1/2 stick of butter and allow it to melt. Then squeeze 2 limes and stir the contents of the skillet.
- Step 4 : To cook the pasta, follow the package directions.
- Step 5 : To make the sauce, add 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream to the cast iron skillet. Stir and allow mixture to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve : plate the pasta, pour the vegetable and cream sauce mixture and top with seasoned shrimp. Garnish (sprinkle) green scallions and enjoy!
